2020 Maryville Heart & Sole to be this Saturday

The Maryville Heart and Sole 5K is this weekend. The walk is held to raise awareness about heart attacks and strokes, with all proceeds going towards raising funds to supply rural and undeserved communities with defibrillators and proper training. Jackie Ross, the community health liaison nurse, says AEDs can be the key to saving a life.

Registration opens Saturday morning at 7 at the Hughes Fieldhouse, with the walking beginning an hour later.
